When do you think is the lastest I can order my gown? I am currently doing weight watchers and want to lose enough weight, but do not want to purchase a gown so soon that I would have to have alot of alterations.

I just bought my dress over the weekend and they said it will be in by April. I'm on weight watchers too. I was in between two sizes so she ordered me the smaller size which is very scary. I just lost 20 pounds with WW and I am looking to loose another 15. So hopefully I won't have a problem with alterations.

Hello! I just recently got engaged:). I'm already feeling a little overwhelmed by this whole wedding process. I was hoping someone could offer assistance on quotes they received from Jericho Terrace for the month of October and November.

I am also an October 2007 bride. I feel so far behind in planning. We have the ceremony and reception set. I am going to look at dresses next week. Any recommendations for limo/DJ/Photographers for this bride on a budget???

I haven't done anything either. RH, Church and Wedding dress. I am looking into a honeymoon just because I really need a vacation. I got a good deal I think for a cruise but I think it might be way to soon. What do you girls think? Should I wait?

New October 07 bride here. Congrats to all!! I've got most of my major vendors booked already, basically need to book limos and start thinking about my dress! That's the one thing that I havent even begun to think about yet. Look forward to chatting with you all

We just booked the hall and have our DJ. Next is the photographer-we're gonna start setting up appointments next week. Still clueless about photogs-any suggestions? TIA!

OFC reccommends North Island Photog. and that's who we're using...Michael's great.

Who are you using for your DJ? having some difficulty with that one...

On a personal note, I am frankly terrified of going for the dress. I'm not as thin as I used to be and I am SO afraid that I will chunk out before the big day!

i still don't have my photog. i've seen 5 photog's. one i loved, but was waaaay expensive. i saw another whose photos i loved and price was great, but besides not including the album, i'm not sure our personalities necessarily mesh so well. then i've seen three others that were all about the same as each other. gonna see one more today - he's a bit pricier than the average ones i've seen, but i hope it works out. i'm TIRED of looking at photogs.

dj is booked. we are using elegancia - they are AMAZING!!!!

also - just go dress shopping - it can be so much fun just trying on different dresses. and DEFINITELY try stuff on that you don't think you would like. i didn't think i'd like the dress i ended up buying, but before i even had it on completely i started BAWLING b/c i knew that was the one.

Great! I think I found the dress of my dreams. I just have to go back and order it. I am so excited.
