Catering Contracts

Other than the menu, what type of specific questions and concerns should be asked, as well as put in writing when signing the contract with my catering facility?

I went to a wedding at Fox Hollow (I'm pretty sure), and although the food and service was fine, it was the actual room that drove me bonkers! They had a temporary wall (to divide rooms...the accordian-looking kind), and this wedding had a band, and the wedding on the other side had a DJ. So, throughout the night when the band played, we could hear the not-so muffled sound of the DJ next door along with the band. It was pretty annoying.

any and all services - coat check, bathroom attendant, staffing (per table and MD), valet....- cost per head, tax, gratuity, the date, time, duration, payment terms and refunds...name of MD if important to you...

basically, ALL terms and conditions of the agreement (anything they sold you on)
