Cigar Rollers.....pros, cons, reviews????

I'm thinking of doing this to surprise FH. Anyone have any reviews on vendors???? Thoughts about it????

little cigar factory....

were using them outdoor during CH (hopefully no rain) - 50 pre rolled, 50 rolled on site.......1 translator, 1 roller.....personalized cigar labels

I have heard they are great! They were a little more expensive but I heard a few negative things about other ones......

We used Little Cigar Factory. It was a huge hit! The guests loved it. They arrived on time (actually a little bit early) and were totally professional.

We are thinking of skipping the roller and just getting cigars from Little Cigar Factory. The Inn will put them out on silver trays along with the cordials / dessert and people can go outside right from the ballroom . . .

I went to a wedding once where they had the roller and it was a real attraction and lots of fun. I've also been to weddings that just offered cigars and, IMO, it was equally as successful!

We are actually hoping to go to their storefront this weekend!

we considered getting a roller and discussed it with our hall and our BM kinda turned us off of the idea cause we didnt want to do it during CH and we're not having a viennese hour.

so instead, my FH bought a really nice humidor and 100 cigars, and we got personalized matches. we're gonna put them out with our candy buffet. we saved a lot more money doing it this way.

i haven't decided about this. i think it's a great, fun idea, and if i saw it at a wedding i'd love it and think it's super creative.

but i hate the smell of cigars. i'd want to do it during the CH when it's still light outside. then people might smell all night. if i do it during the viennese hour it would mean people would be leaving the dance floor.

i don't know what to do...

We're just getting the cigars and having the RH put them out - we got personalized matches though!!!

That's what my BM told me... We wanted it during the viennese and he said that all the men would be outside for about an hour to smoke the whole cigar and they'd miss the last bit of the wedding. I think we decided to do personalized matches and give out the cigars at the very end of the reception.

im doing this but dont kno what time to have him come !!! my bm keeps telling me to have him come around 11, which is an hour before the cake and vienesse. he said if we had him come during VH then all the guys would be outside and miss the VH. I guess I will just have him come around 11, Im not thrilled with the guys leaving the reception but there really isnt another time to do it.

My FH likes them but I definitely hate the idea of all the men leaving the dance floor...

What I think I'm gonna do is our best man is a cigar afficionado...I'm just going to let him pick out a couple of cigars for the men in the bridal party and then maybe after the wedding is over they can smoke them (we're going back to the hotel to the bar since our wedding is over at 8pm)

We just booked with La Rosa Cubana Cigars. I think it is a really nice touch, especially if your FH enjoys cigars. The way I figure it, having the cigar roller will keep the men that don't want to dance entertained while all of the ladies are on the dance floor!! FM me if you want any info!
