I love that album style! Yours is gorgeous! How were you able to get the pics on the computer ? Did they give you a cd of the images?

Thank you everyone! I am totally in love with everything I received from Patken, from the service, to my wedding day and even now months after they are still exceeding my expectations!

I was able to get the images after some talks with Doug since I am an out of state bride who doesn't go down to Long Island all that much these days. I asked Doug if he would accomodate me and send me the images to proof so the album can be sent to production immediately. My album came back to be proofed in mid Feb, I am not able to get to LI til Easter. That would have been a month and half til I could proof it, NO way would I wait that long. Doug has been so helpful and customer service orientated, I was able to proof the album from CT!

Patken doesn't have set packages, they work within your budget and put together packages based on what you think is important and want. My budget for pictures was high, but I cut down alot in other areas so I could get exactly what I wanted. You could spend 2000 or 10000 on pics and video. That's a big part why I chose them. I didn't get stuck in a 'package deal' and have wasted pics that I don't want.
