Your father will be looking down and will be there for your wedding appreciating every moment with a wonderful view. Don't forget that!!! I know it's hard not to cry and it's OK to do that of course but just know that it is still a happy time and your dad is not missing the event. The sad part is that you can't see him but he will be there.

First of all, many, many hugs to you!!!!

Although I can't say I know how you feel I do know what you've been through. I lost my own father to cancer just last August. It's something that even now, 6 months later, is extremely painful for me. I promise you that each day will get easier!

I am so sorry for your loss, and I can understand how you can't even picture your wedding without him. Don't even think about the wedding right now, let your FH handle that and you just take your time dealing with your own feelings. You can always have your mother, or brother if you have one, walk you down the aisle and you can honor your father's memory at your wedding as well. If there's anything at all I can do to help, just ask.
