I'm stunned by what happened. I hope you didn't pay her..

If you did, send her a certified, registered letter detailing what happened. You have witnesses that can attest to your dilemma. Demand your $$ back and a full apology.

Put a complaint in at the BBB. Also you may want to send a complaint to the Attorney General's office. You can state that in your letter to her.

Lastly, you looked beautiful regardless and I hope that you can put this past you and enjoy your new married life with your love. Good luck.

I have called Nereida numerous times. She never gets back to me and usually they hang up on me. They refuse to refund my money. Mark has insisted that i do not go over there. Even though at this point i would really like to, but i dont want to get in an argument with DH So i am sending this letter. Does it sound harsh enough. What do you think. I left out the curses, trying to be professional, i would really like to tell her what a ***** she is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have tried to be reasonable with you and was willing to let things go if you would just apologize and refund my money from my wedding appointment. You have been so rude, and still do not acknowledge what you have done. Every time i tried to contact you, you have hung up on me. You still do not understand the sadness and distress you caused for me on my wedding day. I will never be abe to go back and fix what you have done. I will never be happy looking at my wedding pictures because i always think of what my hair was supposed to look like, not what it looked like after you butchered it. I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and also putting in a complaint to the Attorney Generals office and I have decided to take you to small claims court for my money back. I will spread to word to everyone i know about what you did and hope that your business diminishes. Just because you have a license to do hair, that doesnt give you the right to do what you did. You are very unprofessional and do not deserve to be in business.
