Honey i am so sorry. Your mother told me what happend. but i saw the pictures and you looked beautiful, my mom said you looked like a barbie doll and you were glowing. Your hair will grow back, i know you cant get the day back for the pictures but they will be beautiful
i showed the pictures the nic and rob and they both said you looked gorgeous, hell rob said if you had no hair you would still be gorgeous. i do think you should go back there and show her the pictures and see what she has to say. ive known you for ever and i have never seen you with short hair, shes just trying to cover her own a$$. i will go with you if you need me too. love ya!!!!!!!!!!

I've had long hair forever and I would have FREAKED out!! I could not imagine suddenly having it short on my wedding day!

Lots of people check the BBB website about various businesses. I'd file a complaint--especially if you think she put your hair up just to hide the fact that she cut so much.

By any chance did you pay by credit card? If so, dispute it.

Also, take your time in sending out thank you cards to the people whose cell phones rang. Thank those people LAST.

OMG, I'm so sorry to hear this. I cannot believe what they did to your hair; but you know what, I bet everyone said you looked Gorgeous. You're a real sport & I admire that you were able to get through this & still explain how the feeling you had when you saw your DH was the most important.

I cant believe all these things happened to you!!!! But it sounds like you have a good spirit and recognize the true meaning of the day - CONGRATS to you and your husband!!!!

As for the hair lady, Id show up there with my husband, my father, and some other men and show her that you mean business! That is not just one inch!

Congratulations on your marriage! I'm sorry to hear you had such a bad time with your hair though--I think I would die if that happened to me.

Definitely follow up with the shop owner. I would complain to him/her--no way should that much hair have come off without your approval.

If it's any consolation, I think you looked beautiful on your wedding day. But nevertheless, what happened to you is inexcusabe. I'm so sorry you had to go through that! You can absolutely call the BBB and file a complaint. They will contact the owner and attempt to settle the dispute I believe. Or you may want to consider taking them to small claims court for the cost of the updo, etc. I hope you are feeling better now and at least enjoyed the rest of your weddin g day.

Oh...I'm so sorry... I'm so terrified of things going wrong that morning. I'm so glad your Mom thought to call FH (now DH ) to help calm you down. I love how when you saw your DH...all the bad went away...

My dear you are a trooper and nothing has ruined your day. There will always be something that isnt going right at the wedding. But we all know that is life, things are going to happen and we all have to deal with it. It is not the end of the world and you just reflect back and think about what a wonderful and supportive husband you have. The two of you will be able to face anything together and get through it.

I don't normally comment on anything here, but I do have to say that despite your hair being obviously way shorter than it was...you DID STILL look spectacular! HONESTLY!
