Not to bed I don't...sometimes I'll wear the tank tops with the shelf bra, but that does me no good since I'm kind of big....I wear them cuz they are comfy

actually wearing the bra to bed is unhealthy, b/c you want your girlies to support themselves, otherwise the muscles will not work properly and they will sag...

So you actually need some no bra time

All I know is, the second I walk in my door my bra is OFF!..lol, if I can get away with not wearing one at all I don't. I HATE them!!

I HATE clothes but I actually have two 'sleeping bras'. They are very soft bras that are sort of in the shape of a jogging bra but they are not tight - really not much support at all. I have big boobies and I too am afraid of drooping in the future so when I remember, I wear my sleeping bra.

I did but only when I was preggo. I have to say that my boobs are still perky after 3 kids, 2 were breastfed and a weight gain and weight loss.

The only time I do not wear a bra is to bed. My chest is over a D. So I am not comfortable without one on. I aree on getting the mail or going outside, definately put one on.

the only time i dont wear a bra is when i go to sleep. i feel funny not wearing one when other people are around in case there's a draft or something and my headlights are on...full beams! lol
