We are doing favors and donations and used the following in our cards:

Does anyone know if the American Cancer Society provides you with 'donation' cards? I know the Make A Wish Foundation does.....

Yes, they will send you all kinds of samples of cards and styles. They are very helpful. Go to the ACS website and you can email the girl from there.
