FELICITY!!!! It's one of my top two dresses too (without the cap sleeves)...I'm going on Wed. to decide.......my vote is #1. I like #1 so much better w/o the cap sleeves.

#2 for two reasons
I personally don't like short sleeved dresses and I also don't like sweetheart necklines.

I like the beading on #1 better, and I prefer that kind of neckline to a straight across one, but that's just a personal preference.

I like the cap sleeves though, why would you remove them?

I dont know for some reason i feel that they make me look old. I dont know. If i decide to get that one i could always make my decision afterwards if i would like them or not.
