We picked up our proofs today. As mentioned above we went to Cassarino but we wound up using 12th Night. I am sorry to day I am not impressed. I am actually a little disappointed in our proofs. We have a few good shots but they usually have some sort of interference.

For example there was a great shot taken in the garden of the WMB by the fountian. Beautiful but right behind us are a bunch of empty chairs from a cocktail hour. I get the idea of having the fountain in the picture.. pretty but there are a lot of chairs. It doesn't look right and I doubt they can crop it.

Then there are a ton of pics taken in this one spot where we are basically standing on patchy grass. Not pretty at all. There are shots missing that we took in the garden with husbands family. There are a few creative shots but there isn't much taken at the recpetion. Just highlights but not many pics of guests.

I have seen some really gorgeous shots out there and we have a few nice ones but none that I actually looked at and said Wow this is gorgeous. Don't feel like we got our moneys worth on this one. Perhaps my mind will change when we sit with them to put together the album. Maybe they can really fix some of the shots. Lets hope so. There is a really nice one on the bridge in the garden but the trees we are standing in front of happen to be brown. Go figure... I didn't notice it that day. I hope they can fix some of this stuff with all the great modern technology they have out there.

I am so sorry to hear that you were unhappy with 12th night. Can I ask was Dominik your only photographer?

Yes, Dominick was the only photographer. According to our original agreement with Cassarino there were supposed to be the photographer and an assistant. Dom came alone. He said he usually works alone. Maybe he should bring an assistant. Its a shame really bc he definitely has the people skills. He's a really nice guy.

I have to call and see whats up with some of those photos we took that weren't in the package.

you looked beautiful.. i'm sorry about your problem with 12th night. I was going to go with them, but now I'm having second thoughts not only your opinion but they haven't acted very interested AT ALL.. GOOD LUCK.. i hope it all works out

Sorry to hear that you aren't happy with your proofs. That sucks when they do things like that. You look beautiful by the way and I love your BM dresses.
