Elopement All Inclusive Wedding Packages?

I cannot seem to find any elopement all inclusive packages online for Long Island!   Looking for packages which include photography, ceremony, music, decor, officiant and can at least include a small number of guest less than 10. I've found nice ones online in the Orlando area (I am heading there to Disney for a week in August) and the packages there are so budget friendly between 200 and 3000. Long Island has beautiful beaches, parks and historical places I am disappointed that I can barely find anything. I found a couple of bed and breakfasts but that's it.
