FH got a lap dance at Bachelor Party

My FH had his bachelor party on Friday. He and approx. 15-20 of his friends spent the day at Aqu. Racetrack, ate late lunch there, then went to a strip club for happy hour, then got a limo and went to a club.
He got home at 2AM and told me about the entire evening.
His friends bought him lap dances and he gave one away to another married friend.
I was fine with it. I saw nothing wrong with getting a lap dance because I figure that's what you do on your bach party?

My married friends who are both in my Bridal Party is in deep trouble & his wife is PISSED?

I don't think it's a big deal, do you??Did anyone else get bothered by their fiance getting a lap dance??

Honestly, although my FI is not (as far as I know) a lap dance sort of guy, the reality is that what your friends have as their barometer is theirs -- what matters is if it bothers you.

I think it all depends on the relationship people have with their spouses, any bad history with these things, etc. JT thinks lap dances are unsanitary

and is afraid some disease may transfer itself from the stripper to him, so I don't know how I would feel if all of a sudden he got one. He's a strange guy that JT

I would be pissed and FH knows it. I don't care if he goes but no girl is rubbing her junk all up on him, not if he wants to come home to me anyway. He really isn't into the whole strip club deal anyhow so we are lucky like that I guess but IMO its dirty and I'd make him sit in a tub of bleach before he could touch me.

I'm totally 'anxious' about my FI's bach party - not because I don't trust him, but because he's the last of his friends to get married----and he's been the best man at 6 of his friends' weddings. He's got a lot of payback coming his way! I know of two bach parties that he organized that got totally out of hand - - and I fully expect that he'll get it all back sometime on 2006 when he has his party.

It only upsets me because I think they may go overboard.....but I absolutely expect that it's all part of the night! Don't let other people get you worked up over somthing that obviously doesn't bother you!!!

It wouldn't bother me in the least, but I know many girls who would have a major problem - including an old best friend who nearly called off her own wedding when her Fi went to a strip club b/c he was the best man in another wedding and the groom wanted to go. No lap dances were even involved in his case - just the fact that he went. Everyone has their own feelings on the subject.

Thanks girls. I have to say my FH told the guys, he's not into it but that's probably why it didn't bother me too much.I really didn't think they would end up there since he thought he would just be out eating & drinking. He just went with the flow.
He told me they bought him 2 lap dances and asked the 2nd girl to stop & walked away & told her to go to his married friend. He thinks its a joke & a waste of money.

I guess when you know your man and you trust him- thats all that matters.

No, I don't see it as a big deal. That is what happens at those parties.

However, I think I can only comfortably say that because FI HATES strippers and has NEVER allowed a stripper to touch him. His brothers used to really bother him about that but he does not like to be touched by strangers (women or men). And he told me that he can't see the reason to give his money away to some strange woman so he can touch her for a second. LOL LOL

Also, I have a friend who was a stripper for a while and the strippers are only interested in the money, not the men. That assumes the strippers are professional and not really hookers. Some of the places my friend worked at when she first started were not onthe up and up so she quit on night one. From what she told me, it was kind of like a brothel with the stripper thing as a cover.

Everyone's different. I would think it's gross, but I'd be more forgiving at his bachelor party, but these men were married, i think once you're married, then that's really realyl wrong and...eww....gross..
Some women have no problem with it. I do. I trust my FH 100%. i know he'd never cheat on me, I just...I mean, I'd hate to think of him as aguy whod' liek tha stuff, which he isn't..I don't know..to each theri own.

My DH had more lap dancews than he can count and it didn't really bother me at all. Now that we're married, it still wouldn't bother me. I think it's all innocent, though maybe a little trashy, fun. I know he would never do anything to break my trust so I really don't care.

I don't think it's a big deal either...you know who he's coming home to. The last bacherolette party i went to my friends bought me a lap dance from a male stripper..it was funny. If you trust your FH or husband what is the big deal?
