Sue.......
I have a sister also, and this sounds very similar to what we go through. Love her so much and she's my MOH also, but they can just be so snotty at times. Just let this play out and try not to be too upset. I know, I'm usually the cryer also and my sister is usually the snooty biatch!
Sorry this is going on, it will be ok....just give it time to relax a bit.

Re: Fight with Sister (MOH)
I am so sorry you had to go through that. I know the stress (and list of 1 million things) keeps building and wearing on you. I will keep my fingers crossed for you and your sis resolving this. I am sure you will. These types of things have a way of working themselves out as impossible as it seems at the time.

Re: Fight with Sister (MOH)
i don't think you did anything wrong - #1 SHE made you wait first which is what sent you to CVS!!!!!!! I guess she forgot that part though huh? And I really don't see why you should be the one apologizing either.

I'm hoping that since you posted this things have been sorted out. It's such a stressful time and I can't even imagine how crazy things must be for you. My opinion - just try to move past this whole thing - months after the wedding it will all seem silly. But I don't want to seem like I am minimizing your feelings. You did nothing wrong going to the store - seems like everyone is kinda stressed and maybe your sis is a little jealous. Be the better person - you always are!!!

Re: Fight with Sister (MOH)
God- this reminds me of the day my mom and sis went with me to find my dress. They spent more time bickering than even getting excited about my finding my gown!!!
The day ended with my mom spending way too much on lunch in Manhattan and my sister and mom fighting with me over how many guests they can invite, my sister and mom fighting and my sister walking out crying and me sitting at the table alone thinking- THIS WAS MY DAY!!! Thanks for ruining it!!!I am so sorry that family gets like this! But its the norm. I am still a little sad that the day I found my dress was marred by such stupidity!
so hang in there my friend, it will get better...
Edited to say that my sister(MOH) and only attendent STILL hasn't found her dress and I am getting married almost a month before you

Re: Fight with Sister (MOH)
Awwww...Sue, you poor thing. I can relate, TRUST ME...I have one of those (Sister, MOH). For some strange reason they love to make things harder for us (Brides) as if planning a wedding isn't enough stress. Honestly, it's not worth fighting over. These are supposed to be happy moments in our lives.Once this blows over you will both forget this whole thing ever happened so just try not to even stress it and it will all be okay, I promise. Here's a BIG hug for ya
