Beautiful !

I have the same sleeves on my Maggie dress.
Have the seamstress moves the sleeves inward on the back only, not on the front.
Get double sided fabric tape so you can tape the sleeves to your shoulders, and also a little bit on your back. Be generous with the tape, the sleeves won't slide down your arms, and you can hike them closer to wards your collarbone.

just make sure there is no lotion on your skin before you put the tape on.

You look great !
