Re: Flat Iron

do you all use a deep conditioner on your hair regularly? i'm just afraid of using a hot iron, that it will totally fry my hair, i would only plan on doing it once a week anyways.

eta: what model chi and hot tools does everyone use?

Re: Flat Iron

I have a CHI iron. I think you can get it for 100 at ulta or ebay. I have very thick, wavy-curly hair and it can make it straight.

I use that BioSilk stuff or some similar stuff made by CHI that smells like a nice man's cologne before I use the iron.

Stupid question, but is it fairly easy to do with the iron? Does it take a long time?

It is - it takes a little practice to get it perfectly straight and do it quickly - but overall - it is easy.

The time is takes is dependent on how long your hair is.

yes you can use the coupon and no it doesn't have the brush effect. It is a ceramic iron, it is gold plated and the girls in the salon swear by it!!!
