Hi everyone, I am an '08 FT bride, so excited I can't even wait. I am doing the hm to Greece. I had my tasting, it was phenomenal. I cant wait to see all you '07ers pictures. I just found out that FT supplies menus for the guests and you can get a pic of you and fh on it w/ your names. I thought I'd have to make mine myself.

We plan to go to Greece in June 2008 when the weather is better there - 7 mths after our wedding....we plan to travel around Greece for two weeks, not just stay in Crete.

Call them! We had our tasting the night we actually booked - they set you up in a room while a wedding is going on and bring you tons of food from the cocktail hour and then dessert - no dinner meals. The food was great and we brought three extra ppl. w/us too!

i was never offered this, i was asked to come in & finalize menu but no mention of a tasting they didn't even want to let me have a rehersal there i had to fuss with Frank for one

Me too!!!!! I'm so annoyed!!!! I actually asked for a tasting and she told me NO!!!!! I was like, ***?!?! Other girls have gotten tastings, plus I'm going to be paying you tens of thousands of dollars and you won't even let me taste the food beforehand?!?!
Also, I asked for menus, and she told me to print my own.... again, not fair that they'll do it for one but not for all.

I think that they used to offer to do menus (at a certain price). I recall someone saying that the post about 'free menus' was a mistake. They do not offer this.
As far as the tasting goes - I got one too. I told them before I booked that I needed to have a tasting. They said something about them not normally doing tastings b/c most brides come recommended or have already attended a wedding there (and thus have tasted the food). I was neither, so they agreed. However, I did mine during a Christmas party so I had the entrees not the Cocktail hr food or desserts. Everything was delicious!

I'm not an FT bride, but when we met with them, the lady was ADAMENT about there not being any tastings!!! She was like, oh our food is known to be amazing so we don't do tastings. I told her that it was important to me that we taste the food beforehand, and she still said no.

Now that I think about it, she really was kinda a beyotch.

Okay, I booke in January and met with Arianthe, I never brought up a tasting, she just said if we put down a deposit we could still get our money back if we were unsatisfied after the tasting. She booked the tasting the day we visited it. Maybe they realized after you guys booked that they really should be doing tastings and decided to start. I don't know, but I would call them and find out. Let me know please if anyone finds out about the menus

i just moved to Floral Park and have seen the Gazebo I just do not know the name of the street it is on. It is right across the street from the police station
