Hey...I have only been on one cruise but that's where I me my fiancee! It was a Carnival cruise...the boat was the Triumph...I would say go that route seeing I had a great time...I thought the food and service was outstanding...I do know people who have gone on both and I have heard good things about Royal...I can only speak to my experience with Carnival...It was sad to see so many negative comments...Good luck!

I was on carnival triumph last September. The food is not as good as other lines - but if you're looking to be around a younger crowd, Carnival is the way to go.
