We won't be living together until after the wedding for many reasons.... FH being in the Navy, but also like Leese My Dad too carries a gun (NYPD).

We've been living together for about 6 months now and it's been great!!! There's nowhere else I'd rather be!!

He was practically living at my mom's house and we were just too cramped in my small room, esp with his daughter on the weekends. So it just made sense to get an apartment. Besides, now we have a lot of that stuff out of the way!

We technically don't live together yet, but I stay there every single night but go to my own house to shower and stuff.... It would be way to cramped if I moved all my stuff into his house....

We've been living together for almost 4 years - it's just been 'right' from the start.

Plus, I own my own house, so it just made sense to start making it 'our home'.

We close on our house this week...after all the renovations are done, we will definitely move in. It's too expensive to pay for something we're not living in. Although my parents have no problem with it..his parents are not too happy! (but they are part opf the reason for him moving out)

Sorry to crash your board... We already live together and have done so for the lasst 1 1/2 years, then again we already have a son together so living together is the least of our worries.

We've just passed the 3 year mark for living together. It's so much fun! We already have a system of tag teaming cooking and dishes, and we do all of our grocery shopping together.

i couldn't agree more... we have been living together for a while now, absolutely love it, i believe its one of the best decisions i have ever made, besides of course, marrying him...lol

I didn't think we would b/c of my parents being so strict, but my Mom actually suggested it so we could save $$$, 1 rent is cheaper than 2.

Thank goodness we did, I have to say the first 4 weeks or so were a BIG adjustment, I don't want that in addition to adjusting to being married.

In addition, I love having him in my bed each night to snuggle with!!!
