Oh OctGroom, just make your FH happy and take those dance lessons!
Besides, you're getting married in October. So concentrating on those steps during your first dance will take your mind off the fact that the Yankees are in the World Series, while your Mets have retired down south for the off-season
what world series?.. if the play-offs began today.. the yankees would miss the play-offs!
make the play-offs first, Young Lady!
and let's wait to see how the Mets are doing in July. Thsi time last year we were over 10 games out.. This year it's only 3.5.
Let's see how they play over the next two weeks.
BTW.. even if the Yanks do make it (miracle it would be).. I'm on my Honeymoon and waaay far from the all of it. I escape.

boys, boys ... enjoy your winning streak while it lasts . Its only May, there is a lot of time for you to blow it between now and then.I'm sure your FW won't let you escape the WS if the Yankees are in it, OctG .. even on your HM (I like that girl!)
Now back to those dance lessons .........

don't do it man -- you're gonna have enough on your mind during the first dance without having to remember steps
it actually had the opposite effect for my FH. FH was worried that minus dance classes i would get annoyed with him and his lack of rhythm on the big day. after a few classes, the 'steps' come naturally and one feels more confident on the dance floor. i think it's totally worth it!

Re: Future Wife Has Begun Discussing Dance Lessons... uh-oh
If your going to end up taking the lessons, like I think you will...Where are you going to go for them? I hear there is a place in Merrick on Merrick road. Danielle wanted to go at one time and I thought it was an ok idea because im not much of a dancer...and then we found out that its kind of expensive and we couldnt really afford it so I guess I wont be dancing that much at the wedding...Just the slow sway lol...Unless I get some drinks in me.....I hate the fact that you feel like people are looking at you when you are dancing, and then I dont want to dance....because I dont know what they are thinking. I guess it is a confidence issue. I feel confident every where else though....
I guess I gotta get use to the attention though, because Everyone is going to be looking at us on our wedding day....I hate attention lol
