I was just talking about this today with my mom. I think we will just do Bouquet Toss....FI really doesn't want to do the garter thing (he is shy and this would be torture for him). My mom thought it was weird to do one without the other, but I didn't think it was.

NO garter toss for us...I hate it!!!! However, I love the idea of the bouquet toss...with a twist

I am going to have a bunch of singe flowers in my hand, so when I throw it, they sperate and everyone can catch the. They will all have little messages attached...some will say 'You will marry the man of your dreams.' 'You will marry the boy next door.' 'You will marry a millionaire' etc. I hate having all of the poor single girls lined up hoping to catch one single thing

I always felt so bad getting up there and hoped I wouldn't catch it

I don't know. I'm a bit shy for the garter thing, but I would love to see all my GFs scramble around for the BO-K. Maybe do an anniversary dance instead, I think that is a sweet idea

We did the anniversary dance but we knew my husbands aunt and uncle were married the longest so we had his uncle put the garter on his aunt!!! They had been married 51 years absolutely hilarious!
