Glatt Kosher Catering Help

Looking at a few venues that support bringing in external vendors for Glatt Kosher catering on Long Island, NY. Does anyone know what average pricing for catering would be? We've found a few places for 70 per person but that doesn't include the catering. Any information would be great. Thanks!!
