We used A Song for my Daughter, but it was not by Mikki Verrick...MY DH danced to a song for my son on his wedding day by Mikki tho/...

My dad and I danced to 'You are My Special Angel' by Bobby Helms, it's an older song from the 60's (I believe) but it's just perfect. It's not the same old 'father daughter' dance songs you always hear at weddings. Here are the lyrics:

I did the same, for the same reason. but I would've loved to have used Just the Way You Are by Billy Joel, I think it really describes my relationship with my dad.

Also Forever Young by Rod Stewart is a good one. and I LOVE Isn't She Lovely.

Oh, and of Three Men and a Little Lady fame
