Great Bridal Party gift idea

I thought of this great idea for my girls. They have enough jewelry boxes and the usual bridesmaid gifts, I wanted something they can use forever. I thought of a sewing basket, they will always use it. I'm going to get a engraved little gold plate made and stick on the basket, the plate will read something like " Thank you SEW much for being a part of our special day - our names and wedding date"

Good luck!

Great Bridal Party gift idea

Beth, What a great idea! I am always looking for suggestions to tell my brides. Just one question, where would I find a basket like that? I don't sew except for the tuxedos at the shop, and I never had to buy a sewing basket. E-mail me or post it here. Thanks and good luck!!!

Good luck!

You can get them at Joanne crafts or Michaels.

Hope this helps!

I've noticed that about half the weddings I've gone to (not that I go to one every weekend), half the brides wear a blusher over their face while walking down the aisle, and the other half don't.

Great Bridal Party gift idea

I am giving my bridesmaids picnic baskets, complete with plastic place settings, candles and wine. I wanted to give them a gift that might inspire romance. Bob and I love picnicing while watching the sun set down at Jones Beach in the summertime. I picked them up at Letcher's for about $20.00 a piece. 19 days to go!!

Yeah Carmella, I GOT IT!

I'm sorry to dissapoint you, but I am not the "Gina1298" who frequents this board. Gina's comment about Flowers by Brian was hers' not mine. I would appreciate it if you could direct any comments that pertain to my posts, to me. And even though I cannot speak for her, I'm sure Gina wouldn't like to have my comments mixed up with hers. Although I must say she has definitely given out some unique ideas and great advice.
