Are you serious? I really have to try that!!!! How long did it take you to lose the 11 pounds? I am desperate and willing to try anything!!!!

It was literally six weeks to the day.

I just drank regular green tea, which has caffeine, in the morning. I also started eating breakfast (yogurt or oatmeal), which I never really did before.

I don't know if the non caffeine version works.

I worked out three times a week, but I was doing that before I started the tea.

I told a bunch of my friends and they are in week two, so I will let you know if it works for them.

I've heard of that too

I want to try this too. Thanks.

I've been doing it. I was having a cup in the morning for a while in place of coffee. Then also putting a green tea bag in my HUGE bottle of water and also drink that during the course of the day.

Lately in the mornings, I've been having either green tea, then coffee after.......or just having coffee only in the morning, but drinking the tea throughout the day (cold).

I've noticed a difference (slight), but its hard to tell if its from the tea, or just changing my eating habits and going to the gym as well.

So.....it hasnt done any harm so far.....so I will be continuing to drink it. I actually had to buy a new box lastnight at the supermarket.....so Im definitely going thru it like candy.......LOL

So you can drink the green tea cold and still have the same effects?

Absolutely.......cant see how it wouldnt?? I leave the tea bag in for a while.......so the water does turn green. Not appetizing looking, but at least I know what it is.......

Good to know, because I've been drinking the Vitamin Water 'rescue' (green tea - b+chamomile). It only has 50 calories and 13gs of carbs

I Loove Vitamin Water, but be careful.....ever since I've realized this, I try not to drink it as much.....but the Vitamin Water Nutrition Facts are based on 2.5 servings. So take the calories and sugar and times it by 2.5, if you drink the entire bottle.......it adds up.

Re: Green tea worked for me

Be careful with 'vitamin water' it is just like having some candy with a vitamin pill! Too much sugar.

Re: Green tea worked for me

I had told my sister about this and she tried it. She only lost 5 pounds, but she said she didn't drink it every day.
And she is in college, so she has a habit of eating pizza for every meal.

That is great. I have been drinking green tea since September (gave up coffee as part of an abstinence assignment for my substance abuse counseling class ) and exercising but not noticing a difference for me unfortunately Glad to hear some people have results though!!!
