you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. A good thing.

I know- the scale went up about 4 lbs- but now is coming back down-

and that's great considering I am getting a visit from my Aunt flo next week

after she is gone I am sure I will be very happy!

Ladies - forget about Bigelows or Liptons - go to the health food store and try the Yogi tea brands - much better tasting, organic ingredients, and just more flavorful!

I must admit I fell back into the coffee habit, but this is motvating me to go back to my tea - not really for the weight loss, but more for the good feeling it gives me...

also, once or twice a week, drink the peach detox tea - I like the taste, but not for everyone, but it really cleanses you well!!! It will aid in the weight loss/detox thing - esp. after Thanksgiving!
