yes, I know exactly what you mean - I was thinking of doing something 'loose' with curls...for the romantic look - also, the place I am getting married (Capitale) has a Victorian feel to it too -thanks for the suggestion!
That sounds a lot like what I have been trying to find pics of. Here are two I have come across.

a Very simple 'up do' - well, quasi - up-do...a lower bun, but loose, and keeping it curly and having a few curls fall very slightly in the back and on the sides.
I guess very 'Victorian'
if it makes any sense!

I think the Sandra Bullock pic would be gorgeous on you and really show off that spectacular dress!
