Brian FINALLY had a chance to see the house and he is happy with my choice. He said that we need about $3000 work in just freshening the paint up and carpets, and some work in the basemet, but that's about it.

We have to get an engineer in this week, but otherwise, all is going well and the stimated closing date is 11/12/2004.
