Hey Ladies..

I feel the same way too. I don't want to do anything! I have to put my guest list in order so I can send out the 'A' list by July 16th and I have been putting it off for weeks now. I also have tons of little crap I could be doing as well but I just come home and go on LIWeddings!

Hi girls! Anyone getting really stressed? I tried to get as much stuff done but I feel like their is so much more to do.

Well last night I finished wrapping the BP jewelery.

I called the bridal shop about my headpiece, which i can't order until i decide on a veil. so i will do that next week.

I called the limo guy, so i am going to look at limos on monday.

Set up the mail merge for my invitations, and i bought the stamos for the inside reseponse cards. And hopefully I will start that tonight.

Well I worked on the guest list, and of corse, my FH needs to get peoples wife or husbands first name.

There were poeple on the list that I questioned, because I had no idea who they were, and my FH had no clue, then I realized it was a lady from his work, after we questioned his and my family. Hopefully he will get the info at work today, so I can start printing out the envelopes.

Oct1203, you are sending your invitations out on July 16th??? I was planning on sending them out August 1st, is this too late??? My RSVP date is September 12 and i figured 6 weeks before that is August 1st???

Now I am nervous!!!

I have a lot of out of town guests, so I am mailing mine out July 1st, with a response date of September 3rd.

I am sending my invitations out July 21/22...response date August 22...giving me 5 weeks before the wedding date! BUT 50% of guest list is coming from Canada so want send invitations out sooner than usual so they can plan and make travel arrangements.

Finally ordered the invitations after much review and editing. They will be here the end of next wekk. I am so excited.

Yesterday was exactly 4 months..crazy how quickly time flies! My next big tasks are the tuxes, rehearsal dinner and about a million details =) I hope we have a nice month weather wise..god knows we have seen enough rain!!!

shelzyp~ I am sending out some with an August 20th rsvp date because I want to get as close to my miminum of 150 as i possibly can and i wasn't sure how many of my cousin will come. My other rsvp is for sept 3rd and those will go out on the 6th of August. So don't worry your fine.

THnks I thought it was 4 weeks beofre the wedding is the RSVP and then 6 weeks befoer RSVP date you mail them out.

Well I finished printing the address and names on the outer envelopes and the inner envelopes last night. My printer is lucky it survived. I almost threw it out the window.

And we ordered the pocket watches for the guys on Sunday, since we had a coupon for Things Remembered. SO things are starting to pick up.

I also started to plan the Rehersal dinner.

I can't believe that my wedding is in less than 4 months.

i have to start making a list! random to-do's pop into my head all day and then i forget to do them - i have to write them down and assign a 'due-date' to each one. i've been meaning to call the hall for 2+ weeks now to see how they want the next payment. plus i still haven't called the hotel to block rooms. not good, not good!!!!

I think of so many things to do at work, and then O get home, and forget them all once I sit down to watch tv.

I do the same thing shelzyp ! I think of tons of things at work then poof! I come home and it all goes out of my head.

The lady that did my invites told me the rsvp date should be 5 weeks before and she said for out of towners to send them out in july even maybe june and then late july, early august for everyone else. Whatever most people won't even send them back till the last minute anyway

I started to make my programs...Yeah for me!

I stareted on my programs too, and then put that to the side, like other things. I definitly took on too much little projects, like I am crossstitching roses onto aida cloth for the front of theese jewelery boxes, and I have to make 9 of them. I have 2 done, buit they are not attached to the tops yet.

I better get moving.

Have any of you planned your rehersal dinner yet?

I am trying to plan it, but am having a hard time with it. I am trying to find out about the reception cite, for the run thru of the ceremony and i na't get a definite until august, which means I can't plain it until then???

I also don't want to spend 30 pp before tax, tip and soda.

we're looking to book the RD asap. unfortunately, we have never been to the restaurant that we will be booking since we're planning from out of state. makes me a little uneasy so i've been stalling.

we need to go ring shopping & FG dress shopping next.
