How many WW points is a plain baked potato?

How many WW points is a plain baked potato?

The dwlz.com site says 1 medium uncooked potato is 1.5 pts. Then in the restaurant list, plain baked potato is 5.5 points. How is this possible? How does a potato gain points just be being baked?

So a plain baked potato from Wendy's is not 5.5 points? I've been using that from doing the NI on their website?

I think Wendy's is different, maybe they add something to the outside of the potato?

actually, i read that baked potatoes are quite possibly the worst kind of potato for you (other than fried). something about how baking breaks down the structure of the potato, changes the carbs somehow... so i think 5.5 might be right for a plain baked potato.
