I asked my photographer (Verdi) and they said it would take an hour tops. I think it depends on how many 'must take' pictures you have, and how organized you are.

My sister put me in charge of rounding everyone up for pictures. This worked out really well because she gave me a list, and I made sure everyone knew that they needed to stick around in advance. Then, I made sure everyone was present when their picture was coming up so they could be called up when it was time. We had a ton of family pictures, and thanks to me being the 'picture nazi' as everyone was calling me, we finished in less than 45 minutes...
