About 15 to 20 I dropped 2 sizes from doing WW. I am really proud of myself because I
was so depressed about the way I looked and I am not overweight but I was not feeling good about myself anymore so then I knew I had to do something about it. Its kinda a routine now.

Since we got engaged, I have lost about 25 pounds It was hard at first, but got much easier as time went on.

I wish I'd kicked up my workouts earlier, though.. my real goal was to have lost 35 by the wedding. But with just one month left to go, I doubt I'll lose those last 10 lbs

I've lost 6.6 lbs on weight watchers. Would like to lose another 20 before November (first fitting time) ... is it possible??? At the rate I am going, probably not!

i've lost about 13 lbs, which i personally do not see, however, it is from working at night. waitressing is my own personal cardio workout. 3 nights a week with 3 really good fast paced hours and it does the trick.

I would like to lose 20-25. So far I've kept off about 8, but I am getting fed up with myself (no pun intended!) I think I am going to do WW online because I need a little more guidance.

25-27 lbs so far depending on how off my scale is. I'd like to lose another 20 though--by mid-August We'll see how that goes.

I've only lost 5lbs so far...and I have 7 wks to lose another 5-10lbs. I've been hitting the gym 4-5xs per week. It's crunch time!!!!!

and i am trying to lose the 10 again that i gained back since the wedding. heehee!

i guess the HM and now it being summer i am just partying way too much!!

I've lost a little over 40 so far. It is so hard and sooooo slow.
I would like to lose about 20 more but it seems like I've stalled. Too much stress!
