Again- I'm sorry Jenn. I picked a CRAPPY place to get the dreses from thats for sure! Not worth the few dollars we saved at ALL!

that is ok mama....you were trying to keep costs down for us ...

I cant believe someone would do that I feel soo bad for you.if I were you I would raise hell at that place to speak with somebody in charge. Hope everything goes well.

You are lucky then...
I don't know anything about bridal there and they do have cheaper gowns but I WOULD NEVER recommend anyone using them for alterations!

Aside from the fact that their service in the BM department is HORRIBLE!

Any updates??? Can you call the Better Business Bureau or like 7 on your side or something???? These shops really have you at their mercy and its NOT right!!!

I go today for my fitting so i will let ya know today or when i get my dress back....hopefully all will be ok..

I was just hoping to have the dress the day before the wedding...NOT havet to go get it the day of

I don't know if BBB handles that kinda thing

ETA...i agree with that last part though..you feel helpless and if you make a stink...they can take it out on you in other ways (like ruining your dress)

HEY...well it went well actually.
I tried on the dress and the original alteration (waist) was done and fit pretty good...no complaints..

They did the hem..and hopefully all will be well!
I pick up my dress today so we shall see how it looks
But i will still be speaking to somebody about not getting a call
