I just think if they want business they really have to fire all those obnoxious women who work in the BM department...

That's VERY poor business practice. Yes, the weather was bad but they should have at least attempted to call you.

More brides should know about that. Remember girls when we use a vendor we are voting for them so to speak based on the quality, price, etc. they are offering us. There are so many bridal salons and so many other options to chose from these days that no one should have to put up with such.

We should keep this current and bump it every now and then to alert new brides.
