I can't believe how big it is! A dining room, living room AND DEN???? Wow. Is it the bottom floor of a house?Congrats!

no it's a dining room and a living room/den.
But the rooms themselves are still pretty large and yes it's on the 1st floor of a private house

Congrats!! The apartment looks great!! How did you find it? (If you don't mind my asking). FH and I have to start looking soon....we'd like to find a place near a LIRR station so he can get to work easily. Let me know if you have any tips.

believe it or not we found it in the local paper. we decided we were going to search the local papers and if we couldn't find anything on our own we were going to go through a real estate come december. luckily the local papers work for us
