sorry to hijack your thread Michi, and I do hope you feel better...btw, did you try coffee? for some it acts as a natural laxative.
Sorry, coffee = very bad.
Makes the body very acidic! Thus disrupts the digestive process.
oh boy... I give up....
um, then I say forget it all & go the the doctor or nutritionist...whichever you prefer

im gonna use the coffee after work and pray that it works..sometimes it is hit or miss with that kinda thing, lets hope its a good day cause when im desperate i gotta use it lol..sorry if tmi
