We are only allowed to increase the count

We do have that happening b/c someone is in the hospital but we are not not changing it. our min is 175 and we have 176 w/out vendors

We have the exact same count!

Not really. Some logistical issues but nothing too major with them.

I counted down by 2 people. I did not give the exact amount. If they show up...the exact number..you give more but you can never give less. ie- subtract and call

my hall specifically told me to underestimate my count by 2-3 couples and then to update them

We're over our min by 11 right now, but there are friends and family members that we're 99% sure will come but haven't RSVP'd yet (our due date is in 9 days). unless tons of people dont come we'll still be over our min (anticipating a final count of 190) but I might just underestimate by 5 and 'add' them if we have to.
