I've been walking during lunch at work everyday, and I try to watch what I eat. Seems I've hit a plateau of sorts. VERY frustrating.

Trying to eat better, I work out quite a bit now so its just a matter of bumping up my workouts and I am planning to get a personal trainer in Jan 06

Drink some water with lemon. The citrus helps kill the cravings, and jumps your metabolism.

Just be careful with those, they tend to have a lot of sugar in them. Even the the ones with NutriSweet or Splenda are not so good for you (is anything really good for us nowadays??? LOL).

Mine friend drinks this one though (not Fruit2O though, she doesn't like that one) that she highly recommended. I forgot the name but I'll ask her tomorrow.

I have to lose 30 lbs and I'll be happy. If I lose more, then great!!

I drink Propel fitness water. I drink water constantly, but now I gotta cut down on the pasta and breads and cheese.

I have a gym membership at NYSC that I hardly use.....it's hard to get motivated sometimes, but I think I'll start again tomorrow...better than sitting on my a&& all day on the computer!!!!

I workout very often as it is (my clock is set for 8:30am to take a class tom. morning).
I guess you can say Im pretty obsessed w/ working out.
HOWEVER, i do plan to go back to working out w/ my trainer from 2 yrs ago prob. 3 mons before the wedding so I can get totally buffed. More for my HM actually!!!

I started two months ago, exactly a year away. I've been able to lose 16lbs. Hopefully I'll be able to lose the next 10 lbs soon...

I started Jenny Craig last week and have already lost 4.8lbs....I am going in with a very positive attitude and am taking one day at a time.....only 40 more to go, lol

Started working out and eating better right before we got engaged, now I'm very into my routine....weekends are tough, though. I've lost 20 lbs since last September, plan on losing about 15 more.
