Nope! If you have 11 people you love so much you want them to be part of your special day, then go for it! We're having 9 girls/8 guys in our party. I've seen 11 and I don't think there's anything wrong w/ it! You should feel lucky you have so many close friends/family!

I am glad I read this because I thought I had a big party, but I feel better now! I have 7 girls, 1 jrbm, 4 flower girls, 6 guys. So, 18.
