We are moving to Florida in Febuary

I'm freaking because I have to have everything done before I move, and I feel like there is no time. I'm only coming back to New York Two Weeks before the wedding. Should be fun

Not buying a new house, but we're in the process of renovating FH's house. Plus, I had barely been in my co-op 4 months when we got engaged so now I have to finish all of my renovations to sell.

Any of u girls look into Condos or Co-ops? We are looking....but everythings MAD expensice! LOL.......but have NO IDEA where to begin....can anyone help???

We are in the process of buying a co-op in east rockway. We wont go into closing until after the new year whichs gives us another month to save. thank goodness!

Mike and I bought a house in June we decided to gut it.....now We have 80 days to put it back together.....Talk About stress!

I don't think there is any way we will ever be buying - we got stuck in the rent trap and will never get out! We rent a house now because my FH's 2 kids come to visit - he is sort of like - been there done that with the whole hous buying thing. I never lived anywhere for more than 2 years since I was 19 - so sometimes the thought of having a place really be home sounds nice, but I don't think it'll ever happen! At least we have a cute rented home in Huntington for another year or so until my landlord needs it back - I love that we can walk to town!!!

We are doing it also. Originally we were waiting to have a target move in date of mid May, but we stepped up our search and once we find one we love, we are going to go forward with it.

I know that once the house comes along, no more saving for the wedding!
