Kosher Wedding Challenge!

My fiance and I live on Long Island, NY. We are looking for a Glatt Kosher wedding on a Thursday in October of 2018. We know its possible to find places for $80-$100 per person, but most places are sky high. Can anyone please give me prices compareable to the ones we are looking for at the following venues so I know if it's possible to negotiate or look for?

Temple Beth Torah - Melville
Temple Beth Sholom - Roslyn Heights
Woodbury Jewish Center
Flowerfield
Larkfield
