we had two layers of pistachio cake with a lemon curd filling and two layers of white cake with a raspberry mousse filling. It was delicious. The pistacio was out of this world. The outside of the cake was iced in a white chocolate mousse icing. It was so great!!!

we had a vanilla cake with fresh strawberries & whipped cream filling. It was GREAT but it couldn't sit out all reception because of the fresh whipped cream.
