It takes a lot to get me drunk, so if I stick to fruity mixed drinks I can drink all night! lol! but I will probably go easy until the end of the party....

I am going to have some drinks but I don't want to get wasted. I want to remember my wedding and I don't need to drink to have a good time. I will probably drink more at the bar party at the hotel after the reception.

Looks like I'm with the majority...It's my wedding!

My FIL's actually sat me down when we first started planning and said...'now Kathleen, we have seen you at weddings...' LOL...they were half kidding...I tend to get quite crocked at weddings.

i will be having my own bucket of miller lite because thats all i drink..i hate liquor and mixed drinks and everything else..miller lite is the only thing for me..

but i will only have 2 or 3

that will be quite a sight..me all pretty..with a bottle of beer

i think just the toast and a glass or two of wine.

i do not want to get drunk at my own wedding. i want everyone else to be drunk but not me.

or else i get a red nose and slur my speech and that would just be so attractive hehehe

We are paying toooooooooooooooo much money for our photographer to be looking all drunk in the pics. A few for a good time absolutely............totally sloppy drunk absolutely not..

I'm going to be drinking all day but in moderation. My plan is to be nicely buzzed the whole time so I can remember and enjoy everything. We're having an after-party, so thats when I can go CRAZY and not have the photographer taking pics of me doing shots of Jaeger.

I agree...i dont want to look 'drunk' in all our wedding pics...there will plenty of other weddings and parties etc to get drunk at...

i would say really don't drink much until your last hour of the wedding. They never do pics and typically the photographer and videographer leaves at that point (they NEVER stay till the end unless they are waiting for their tip). After the cake is cut they hit the road so thats when its my time to catch up to people.
