i think just the toast and a glass or two of wine.

i do not want to get drunk at my own wedding. i want everyone else to be drunk but not me.

or else i get a red nose and slur my speech and that would just be so attractive hehehe

Before my engagement party i was planning on drinking alot. It was at my FH fire house hall and i we stayed there till about 3am so i really thought i would have been drunk. I had maybe 2 full drinks and then i was dancing so much that i really wasn't drinking. I did do a couple of shots but i really felt fine and actually had to drive the drunk FH home. So i really don't think i will drink that much. Plus i really want to remember and take it all in and just have fun.

i was just thinking about htis yesterday (about ME not YOU) everytime i go back to Waldbaum's this lady i worked with rubs my belly and goes :HM baby, HM baby. HM baby:

she is so nice and i love her but when she does that i want to run away!

I plan on drinking enough to have a nice buzz going for the day...you know, to stay relaxed... but then when the party gets started at the reception (after dinner) thats when I'll switch to my downfall.....MARTINIS!!!

I dont drink a lot normally anyway, SO i dont plan on drinking a lot at all. I'll have the champagne to the toasts and what not, and maybe one or two drinks spread out.

What i'm concerned about is the families! Both sides are drinkers.. and i dont want it to look like a mess.. am i being crazy or should i just let everyone have their fun

i think i will drink a good amount but will be able to function and remember the night. i dont think i can say the same for FH

I also dont want to break my seal too early, bc i will be in and out of the bathroom every 15 minutes, and ill have to do it with the dress on!

One of my friends that got married in January had this problem. She had to get her MOH to help lift her dress so she could pee. I definately want to drink, I would love to be buzzed (not drunk), but am totally scared of having to constantly pee

haha i love martinis...and all different kinds too. my downfall but they had to make those glasses the hardest to drink and party with.

I'm not worried about me drinking. I am worried about FH haha at his brothers wedding he was trashed and danced iwth like everyone else but me (well I got 1 dance in) i didnt mind at all cause I love his family and had my fun with his cousins and stuff but I told him
HE IS THE GROOM and I AM THE BRIDE this time so WE NEED to be together for the wedding and not trashed off our butts so we cant dance and stuff haha

i will def drink but not get trashed i will save that for the after party!!

Yea i worried about FH too. I'm not worried abut him dancing and hanging out with everyone cause i know he loves to dance with me and be with me where ever i am so its just making sure he isn't too drunk to do you know what that night.
