Haven't been on for a while so I just saw this....

We booked with Camelot. Joe is great and the prices are great!! We loved everything about Camelot from their cars to the service that we were given from the very first phone call that I made to them. I have also heard good reviews on them. You can't go wrong with Joe and Camelot!! We had also went to Royalty and then went to Camelot and booked Camelot right on the spot. OK....so we went to both appointments. And we were thoroughly disappointed with Royalty Limo. I've been reading all positive reviews, but it was such a terrible vendor experience, probably my worst. We got there at 8 PM for our appointment and apparently, there were other couples there so Pat gave us pamphlet and showed us their cars. They do have a number of Classic cars and if that is your thing, I think you would have many options there. We were interested in more of regular 10passenger stretch type and found their cars to be musky smelling and older/worn out. Every now and then Manny would come pop his head in and remind us that he has two or three couples ahead of us.....when we made an appt. At last, at 8:45, he sat with us while mumbling out loud that he has to leave at 9. As soon as we told him that we are looking for pickup/drop off, his interest was not there AT ALL. Very rude attitude and we were not impressed with how he handled himself

He did give us a cheaper quote..but you can guess from my update whether we are gonna go with them or not.

For all Royalty brides, I hope your experience was much better and I am sure it will go fine.

I am sorry you had such a disappointing experience at Royalty.... We had a similar experience also....


But what did you think of Camelot?????

I had the same experience over the phone with Royalty. I was calling to make an appt, but after my phone experience, I won't be making that appt at all.

Sir Oliver was VERY nice on the phone, and I'm looking into Dynasty and Top of the World as well.

FI and I are going with Camelot Limo (Joe) who we met last Monday. While we did wait at his office as he wrapped up with another client, his associate? Frankie showed us around the garage in the meantime. He explained to us the cars, the make, the details and then let us explore all the options --- They do have fewer fleets than Royalty but I saw that many were in top notch condition and well-maintained by his crew. FI loved the black stretch limo he saw .... clean, classic and just very well-maintained. No musky smell. They have 2 Hummers...very well kept and one is customized for Camelot and the thoughts behind the customizing were really with the bride/groom in mind. And I appreciated that. Once we met with Joe, he was a pleasure to work with. When we said it's drop off/pick up we are looking for, he simply said, 'Then this should not be a difficult part of your planning!' Did I mention that he gave us a great deal?

I don't like Royalty at all. I had a bad experience with them. Forum mail me for more info. if your considering going with them. I'm still on the search for a limo company too..
