Thanks so much ladies!!! If you want the template I used for the cones, please feel free to FM me your email address. I got the paper from Michaels, it is 12x12 scrapbook paper that I cut in half. I then cut them out and stapled them shut. I used the sticker to cover the staple.

I got the topper from e-bay, cakejewels. I painted the inside with acrylic paint and the topa nd back with silver spray paint. I hot glued the jewels on the top.
