She didn't put anything on my neck. She says that on the day of she's going to put some stuff on my neck and chest that's non-transferrable to make them blend more w/ my face since those areas are generally a different shade than your face.

On my face...after she put on the setting powder she sprayed my face with the stuff that felt like water by MAC that's supposed to make powder on the face look more like skin...so it make the face look more dewy and less powdery.

I hope that made sense.

I can't remember the name of the product she sprayed.

I went to my regular eyebrow threading lady on Fulton street between B'way and Nassau street downtown. I can't remember the name of the threading salon right now but they are on the second floor right next to Lucille Roberts.

But the MU artist, Marissa, really defined them by using concealer on them first and then powder.

PS - What time were you there? I feel like I saw you! Were you with one friend? I really think it was you and I remember thinking 'oh did she do her own makeup? because it looked so nice!' You must have just got done...and I was in there trying on lipglosses! I think it was like around 1-2pm?
