I simply like the idea that people from different parts of the country can get the same thing with little hassle. You can also return them at any location. FH rented a tuxedo in NY for a wedding in Philly and returned it in Philly at the Men's Wearhouse there.

We rented 11 tuxes and about 5 of them had a problem. My FIL’s tux was ordered too small, my cousin got the wrong tie, my BIL’s pants were too big, another cousin’s tux was all wrong (he had to go to another tux shop to get a tuxedo that resembled the one the rest of the GM’s were wearing. They did refund his money, but I think they only did that because they offer a free tux with a certain amount of rentals). The biggest mistake they made was ordering my DH’s tux too small and letting him walk out of the store with it! I guess I thought they would pay as much attention to the GROOM as they do to the BRIDE, which is why I did not go with him to try on the tux. I felt so bad for Michael, he couldn’t take his jacket off the whole night b/c his vest was too small. It’s pretty obvious in some of the pictures that the jacket was tight on him. It still makes me so mad!

We are using them...getting the guys measured down here in VA and using a store in NY. THe good thing is they have a guarantee...if you pick up the tux a day before and it doesn't fit right, they guarantee to fix it/get another one by the wedding...you just need 24 hours. We were pleased with their selection and service as well. A friend who used them a lot recommended them to us.

Right now I'm having a coronary because MW screwed up the tux order. They sent the wrong pants for FH and one of the groomsmen. (Two haven't gone yet, so we don't know about their pants.) The wedding is in less than 48 hours.



FH is probably glad that I didn't go to the store with him because Bridezilla would be out in full force.
