theres nothing wrong with us saying the bad things about Jack and Rose...
i've read quite a few bad things about Burtons, but are you telling them not to post that??? (and those bad opinions aren't going to affect my feelings about Burtons) good for you that you had a good experience with Jack, but not everyone is going to like him. thats just the way it goes.

I welcome the bad and good opinions as well..when booking a vendor I WANT to hear everyones experiences..but I can honestly say that I had a WONDERFUL experience with Jack. I had a few ideas and he listened to them..he gave me his expertise..but I asked him for it. I know nothing about flowers, and he was sooo helpful. And when asking about the standing candleabras..he showed them to me..I said fine..we'll take em..but he insisted on setting them up and even taking our picture with them so we could see how wed look getting married by them..he didnt have to sell himself to us..he was sold already..he took so much time so we'd know how things would be..and i appreciated everything he did. My plan was to get in there and get out..I was starving..but once we got there..we were having so much fun with him..I forgot how hungry I was.( until my stomach started to growl).
So I guess this post is for those who are doubting Jack...everyone has different personalities and everyone treats vendors differently..there can be a personality conflict..I just definately think hes still worth checking out. His prices are great and I think he was just the sweetest man!!

I must agree, I am not very vocal and use LI weddings for feedback and what other brides are doing. I feel its all about who you feel will work with you for your wedding. For me Jack seemed very fake and to much of a salesmen. John was more into what I wanted my wedding to be and I appreciated that more then someone singing there own praise for two hours. I am still shopping for a florist and can honestly say Jack will make plenty of us happy and so will John.

I met with Jack tonight and decided to book him, he gave me a really great price. He is unique and likes to talk a lot, I really don't feel he's trying to sell himself, just talkative. I do agree with the outdated look on the bo-k's however, he did listen when I told him what I wanted, and wrote it in the contract. He defntely has a unique personality, that some may not find appealing. He worked for me gave a great price and beautiful work.

I did look through some of Jacks books..but I took it as that he can do wide variety of work.I brought in pictures of exactly what I wanted..he just worked with me of how we could make it better.
He is talkative..but so am I..so it works out nice.

So am I, I have to say I love jenbaby and I never even met her. When I walked in he was on the phone with her, and when he got off we were talking about Liweddings and I was telling Jack that I saw her pics and how beautiful her flowers were, and from just mentioning that, he threw in 2 bags of petals, and a bunch of other stuff, her name is even on my contract!!!!!
