My Flowers

Hy Ladies: I have a question. I do not flowers for my centerpieces. I have beautiful porcelain angels (12" high, holding bouquets of flowers that light up). My question, I am getting married at Eastwind where it is all garden. Someone mentioned that Hydrangeas will not hold up in my girls boquets, but they would be the only real flowers I have, besides the altar. Should I go silk. I really don't want to. Any ideas?

When calculating times, I work backwards. For example, in your case, start with the time you want to arrive at the ceremony site and then estimate the time of each task backwards. Deduct the travel time, time for pictures, make-up, hair, getting dressed etc. When you are done you will have arrived at the time you should begin getting ready. (Then add 1/2 hour for any delays that may occur.) It works for me.

Hydrandeas look great in silk, you can't tell there silk unless you touch them and tthis way you can choose a color that best compliments the dress color. Great idea!

I really need a make-up person to come to my home May 26th, 2000. My photographer needs us ready at 10:30AM UGH! We will probably do make-up first at about ??????Time. We need to go up the street to get our hair done and be back by 10:30am for the photographer
